Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Mt. Lebanon Municipality is recruiting for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator ($38,800 – $48,600) to collaborate with Human Resources and Finance.  Responsibilities include ensuring a timely and accurate payroll, processing year-end filings, maintenance of attendance records and workers’ comp claims, reconciliation of monthly payroll accounts, vendor invoices, and retiree benefit payments and contributions.

Requirements

Associate’s degree with emphasis in accounting and three years’ experience with computer payroll systems or any like combination of education and experience required.  Bachelor’s degree and a background in personnel and/or insurance administration preferred.
